9:45 am	oops there I go again.. not posting :-P I may just not be cut out for blogging. anyway, not much has happened since my last post except more migraines, more sleep schedule disturbances, and more WoW playing... I'm also looking into applying at Digipen Institute of Technology, since it looks like their bachelor's in Real Time Interactive Simulation would be great for me *crosses fingers* anyway... it's time to go pour some more advil into me >.< (I've got a terrible migraine today.. had it for 2 days straight and no sign of giving up. happening a lot lately.. time to go see the docs I guess. 12:55 am	well, no work today, had a migraine set in about noon, and it still isn't gone. :-( I woke up quite late... as a matter of fact, I haven't even eaten yet (I feel feverish too... don't know why... but fall is the worst, and we're moving out of that season so things should go on the upside soon. I just hope I have enough decently workable evenings to get that project done within 2 weeks. Anyway, I found some copies of old snes games I used to have but lost in my hard drive crash a while ago. I also got ahold of a few new ones such as FFV. I need a new controller tho... I'm playing on the keyboard right now cause my old controller went kaput. :-/ I also need to buy a whole new core to my PC... my cpu ram or mb is dying, tough to tell which really. I'm betting on cpu tho, since the random crashes I get in programs sometimes seems directly related to how much those programs work the cpu.. I figure it's getting old and more susceptible to heat... this all sucks though cause I'm totally broke.. and I'm talking about a $500 upgrade because I need to switch over to a 900-whatever socket and PCIe x16 at the same time... so basically I need to buy a cpu, mb, and gpu all at once... not happy about the prospects on putting together that much money. There's hope for at least one thing computer-wise though. my neighbor down the road got DSL the other day even though all the dsl carriers have been telling us our line was too long for ever and ever... it may be actually that there just weren't enough connections at the CO, and if you ask at the right time you'll get a yes... I sure hope so, cause this amplified wifi down the mountain is horrible... latency averages about 350-400 ms, and relatively often climbs to several seconds. anyway... that's how I'm feling about now... at least I pretty much have my livejournal here set up the way I want.. any input on the color scheme, etc?
